A fun, social, relaxed and informative workshop led by our founder and Internet expert Kennedy. Hands-on exercise and videos will be used to bring the subject to life and reinforce learning. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussions. Share your experience and make some new friends over a cuppa and some biscuits.

Scenario: Jim saw a warning on his computer screen. It told him to call Microsoft Technical support for help with the number provided. He made the call and the support agent (scammer) asked Jim to give him permission to connect to his computer remotely. This was what happened next. (source: Youtube.
